LDPE – low density polyethyleneLDPE – low density polyethylene. LDPE produced from ethylene polymerization at high pressure in tubular reactors and stirring reactors using radical initiators. All our Reports refer to LDPE as polyethylene grades with density not more than 0.94 g/cm3. We do not market out MDPE (0.93- 0.94 g/cm3) as a separate product as some world producers do. For in-depth analysis we seldom refer only to the Foreign Trade Code (Group 3901), but we make our own more precise correlation of polyethylene types by each grade of each producer.
